1 can of black beans
1 can of shoe peg corn
1 container of crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil
1/3 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
Drain and rinse the beans and corn. Mix them together with the feta and add green onions as desired. Toss with 1/3 cup Cilantro and Red Onion Olive Oil and 1/3 cup Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and 1-2 teaspoons of sugar. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with chips.
