Serve over your favorite ice cream!
- 8 cups strawberries, diced
- 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar*
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Vanilla ice cream
- Freshly grated lemon zest, for serving
Combine first four ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours. Serve over icea cream and top with lemon zest!
